Since inception, we have grown from 10 people workforce to 70+ engineering professionals handling major turnkey projects from different sectors including DCS and Automation Solution for all sectors. Delta Controls FZCO has delivered large scale early production facility projects involving Control Systems, LV/MV switchgear systems, Transformers in a HVAC modularized control & electrical buildings for customers in Indonesia, Venezuela, West Africa & Middle Eastern region.

We have in house heat soak test system dedicated to test panels as per customer’s temperature requirements.

Few of our milestone projects are:

42” CRUDE OIL EXPORT PIPELINE (105KM) - Lukoil (West Qurna)

This is one of our major Oil & Gas projects executed for M/s.Lukoil. We have successfully commissioned the systems, our scope involves design, engineering, PLC & SCADA Programming & development, panel manufacturing, testing, FAT, Commissioning & On-site training.

Systems supplied includes RTU system, ESD & F&G Systems for CPF, TTF, BV Stations.

This project was to provide remote monitoring & Control of 42” Dia onshore crude export pipeline (105KM) in West Qurna Phase-II project from designated monitoring stations (CPF & TTF) for data reporting and supervisory purposes.

Control Systems comprised of Redundant HIMA H51q PLC‘s for ESD/F&G systems and Redundant Schneider Quantum PLC‘s for RTU systems. Schneider RTU & HIMA Safety PLC systems are communicating via Redundant Modbus Protocol.

42” Dia onshore export pipeline Operation monitoring & control through Redundant Server & client architecture using Schneider Clear SCADA.

Wellhead control system for ASR GAS WELLS (ADCO)

We have successfully executed a landmark project for wellhead control system for ASR gas well for M/s. ADCO. Our scope includes design, supply, panel manufacturing, software development, FAT & Commissioning. We have supplied GE based PLC (SIL2) control system for the WHCP.

Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) ( ARAMCO )

This was a full scope job under Oil & Gas sector done for Saudi ARAMCO which included instrumentation and control system for the entire system.

UBD is constructed with following equipment to controls and monitor the plant

  • PCS Main PLC Control System
  • ESD Main PLC Control System
  • Stahl Intrinsically Safe Universal Remote RIO
  • Low Volt Motor Control Centre (LV MCC)
  • Wireless Hart Instruments for the Non-Critical Monitor Purpose
  • Wired Hart Instruments and Safety Instruments for control and Safety Purpose

103 ETS Stations Including Automation and Communication to DCS (EMPOWER)

It is one of our major breakthroughs in Utility sector for District Cooling Plant (DCP) & Energy Transfer Stations (ETS). The EPC contract includes design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance for the control and instrumentation systems for 103 ETS Rooms & 2 semi-permanent plants (SPP) at various sites in Dubai. We have used Siemens PLC based control system and field instrumentation for ETS stations, also mechanical and civil work for FO cable laying to communicate with central control from local ETS stations.

Fume Treatment Plant and Pot Feed System (Dubal)

One of our challenging projects in metal industry for Emirates Global Aluminum (formerly Dubal) for the Fume treatment plant and Pot feed systems. We have successfully supplied and commissioned the Rockwell automation based PLC control system and VFD panels for this project.
